formed consisting of Experts in Subjects of Sattras, Majuli, History,Cultural
Anthropology, Ecology, River Hydrology, NGOs
etc., apart from the set up of
O/o.MCLMA (refer MCLR act,2006)
2) Total
3 to 4 months may be allowed/ required for the process of preparation and
updating and maintenance design and operation after launching of website
3) 10
year maintenance / updating contract may be allowed
4) Scope
for revisions and re design, when required also may be incorporated
5) Information
Technology (IT) wing of Government of Assam may be made as main technical
advisor to the process of Website design and launch
6) Other
necessary guidelines may be as prescribed by Information Technology wing of
Government of Assam
