On behalf of "Abakash Majuli" I am glad to inform you that it was my request to BJP that to raise the issue of Majuli in State and National level as soon as possible as the opposition party of the nation.Today Sir Modi has spoken on heritage tag of Majuli , few days before another BJP leader Sir Ravi Shankar Prasad had also spoken on it . Workshop on "Borgeet and Gumrag Dance" :

"Abakash Majuli" have successfully completed our another workshop on "Borgeet and Gumrag Dance" this winter in Karatipar region. 151 Youths from 21 different villages have participated the workshop which were heavily flooded and erosion effected . It is our approach to make awareness on our Heritage among the people.

"Abakash Majuli" is pleased to felicitate Sangeet Natak Akademi Award Winner of Majuli Sri Sri Kusakanta Deva Goswami dev ( also Pranab Baruah Award winner), Gupiram Bor Gayon Dev, Jugen Dutta Bor-Bayon dev and two famous dhulia Ozah of Majuli Bogai Bora Ozah dev and Haliram Bora Ozah dev in our closing ceremony of Bihu workshop.
