IMPACT OF WITCH KILLING IN MAJULI:

A recent incident occurred in Luit Sapori in Majuli, where three unfortunate folks were killed as the victims of witch killing. It is for this reason,many people of the particular Sapori have left their age-old homes. Even schools have been shut down for a week. Today a unit of local police and a local MLA visited the site and advised the people not to believe in these cheap concepts...... Over 70 persons are killed in the incident as been reported till now.
