Today (29 March, 2013) on "SAMANNAY CULTURAL FESTIVAL- 2013" in Majuli Sri Sri Uttar Kamalabari Satra Governor of Assam has announced :-
- Construction of Bridge between Majuli and Lakhimpur will start from 2014.
- Helicopter facility to Majuli will start very soon .
